Speak and present about products to both Partners and internal sales Team
Understand and document our buyer’s process, including where they get information, and the who, what, when and why behind the decisions they make. Then drive changes to our sales and marketing processes based on what you learn.
Strategize to create lead generation campaigns and marketing messages
Assess the effectiveness of the marketing programs that support your products on an ongoing basis, and report back to the business on required changes.
Build report on forecast and bookings number every weeks
Creating new demand for products through effective positioning, messaging and marketing program
Deep understanding of how a product is sold and the channels they are sold into
Bachelor’s Degree in computer science or related discipline
3 -7 years of sales engineering or consulting experience for enterprise data solutions (customer facing experience is a must)
Demonstrated ability to detect and solve data management problem
Good understanding of data management subjects: data warehouse/lake, ETL/ELT, big data, data governance, master data management, relational and nosql database (advanced skill in more subjects is preferable)
Hands-on cloud data management solution (preferable)
Experience with industry leading data management vendor tools such as Informatica, Talend, IBM, TIBCO, etc (preferable)
Ability to learn new technical subject matter quickly
Ability to be flexible and to adapt to changing, situations, tools, and requirements
Excellent communication skill in Bahasa and English
Job Description :
Own the technical presales and sales engineering process.
Use in-depth product knowledge to provide technical expertise to sales and customers through sales presentations, product demonstrations and POC.
Provide consultation, product capability assessment, validation to prospective users and SI partners.
Compose solution proposal, and respond to compliance table request.
Assist sales in assessing bill of quantity for product solution to meet customer needs.
Capture user/prospect feedback information to principal and internal team.
Deliver the solution pitch in events such as conferences, seminars, etc.
Assist in the development, validation and maintenance of sales materials, knowledge bases, product documentation and tutorial videos.
Produce activity report documentation to principal and Internal.
